Unilever is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner

This role is responsible to proactively drive and support Customer Development delivery of business objectives, to provide Financial Analytical support/appraisal for key decisions in Customer Development, drive efficiency in all trade investment undertaken by Customer Development and provide visibility of trade data relevant to company decisions making

The ideal individual will possess:

* Accounting skills
* Strong leadership ability to influence others
* Strategic Influencing
* Change Management skills
* B.Sc Accounting from any recognised university
* At least Five years experience in a similar role and not more than 35 years of age
* Membership of ICAN and other professional bodies
* Relevant knowledge in People Management, Coaching, Counselling and other Interviewing Skills etc.

  • Acts as Company Records Co-ordinator to ensure that Company policies are followed by all employees
  • Develop & implement strategy in conjunction with BAT Group Records Manager to embed Records Management culture
  • Work together with Internal Communications Manager to develop and implement a Records Management communication plan
  • Provide an effective and efficient administrative service to a high level of competency

Knowledge & Experiences:

  • Solid secretarial and administrative skills, including excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self starter, keen and confident to use own initiative
  • Proactive “can do” work ethic – flexible approach to working
  • Firm foundation of interpersonal skills – mature, responsible, assertive attitude
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to establish priorities, maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
  • Above average numeracy skills to work with financial systems and resolve queries
  • Competent internet research
  • Good command of software packages, ability to work with new packages and undertake basic database administration
